Stopped by for lunch during a workday. It was busy, as expected, but the line moved quickly. I went with the herbivore for my first time and it was great. Spicy but not too spicy and super filling. Loved the tofu and the gingery sauce. Staff was so helpful and really efficient. Would come again. The bowl was priced at 13 (including tax).

It feels to easy to just call it Chipotle for Korean food, but it’s more in line with Cava, having Signature bowls if you don’t want to build your own bowl. And it’s really good! Start your bowl off with Purple Rice!

This place is a hidden gem. It's a build-your-own bowl . Just the right amount of spice. I want to be very clear because spice level tolerance can vary and be hard to convey. I generally like spicy food. Comparing myself to other people I would say I have a mid-to-high spice tolerance. If you ask the employees they'll be able to help you find a bowl that works best for you but if you enjoy spicy food, I recommend the spicy pork. I got a bowl with noodles, spicy pork, corn, crispy garlic, creamy Sriracha sauce, and an egg. I forgot to take a picture and it was gone to quick. The photo is of a to-go order they just finished that also looks good. They have a few really good canned drinks as well and one that they mix themselves. Highly recommend adding the egg or avocado with your meal. DoubleDown or triple down on protein if you're really hungry.

Stopped in here because it’s 100% gluten free and was not disappointed. Great options and super tasty. I got a bowl with white rice, bulgogi, kimchi, veggies, & creamy sriracha sauce. The kale slaw is delicious. Highly recommend adding that. The staff were friendly and we felt the prices were fair. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoy eating at Seoul Spice. Their salads are fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. You can really taste how crisp and clean the produce is—nothing soggy or bland here. I also have to mention the service: everyone is kind, welcoming, and fast. They make the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. It’s one of my favorite spots when I want something healthy and satisfying without sacrificing taste.

The bibimbap was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, the seasoning was just right, and everything mixed together beautifully. Even the kids loved it, which says a lot! We all left full and happy. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Five stars!

I mean, it’s a bowl place. You know the drill by now, pick a filler, puck a protein, pick the flavors. This one has rice and noodles and chicken and beef and pork. Good flavors of spicy and savory. Good quick food.
